Agreement to Terms: By accessing, browsing or playing on our website (the "Site") and/or mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any of the following terms, please leave the Site immediately.

Termination: You acknowledge that we reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to terminate or suspend your Account and/or refuse access to the Site/App at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by, construed in accordance with and enforced under the laws. Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration as set forth herein.
Dispute Resolution: In the event that a dispute arises between you and us, we strongly advise that it should first be reported in writing by email (at our discretion) detailing your complaint clearly. You must also allow reasonable time for resolution of any matter.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to their subject matter, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements whether written or oral.
Waiver: No failure by us in exercising our rights under this Agreement shall be deemed a waiver, nor shall it prejudice any such right at a later date.
Variation of Terms and Conditions: These Terms may only be varied by agreement between you and us in writing; there are no verbal or implied amendments to these terms which do not comply with the written requirements of this clause.
Assignment: We reserve the right to assign our rights under this Agreement at any time without prior notice.
No Waiver: No failure by us to exercise a right will operate as a waiver unless specifically expressed in writing and signed by us.
No Partnership or Agency: Nothing contained in these Terms shall be construed so as to create a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship between you and us.
Disclaimer of Liability: We provide the Services on an "as is," "where available" basis without warranties of any kind (expressed or implied), including but not limited to any warranty for merchantability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement, non-misrepresentation, and that the services will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify us and hold harmless from all liabilities, claims, costs (including legal fees), damages arising out of your breach of this Agreement including but not limited to our provision of Services through the Site/App.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: The parties hereto submit to the jurisdiction.
Amendments and Updates: We reserve the right, at any time without notice or obligation, to add, delete or modify sections contained in these Terms (and shall be bound by this requirement if they fail to give such a notice).
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute our entire agreement with you regarding their subject matter.
Disclaimer of Liability and Warranties: We make no warranty that the Site/App, Services or any software made available on it will meet your requirements, operate uninterrupted, timely, securely, accurately, or error-free; nor do we warrant the quality of content contained in advertisements appearing in connection with the Services.
